Going to the Mindscape French site (mindscape.com). Click on support technique at the bottom. Click on support technique in red where it says par email a notre support technique.
I don't speak French, so I filled it out as best I could by using a French to English dictionary online.
In the big square, I wrote my problem in English and received a reply that they had released the bunny's ownership in a few days.
